The Not So Traditional Earl Grey Martini
All you need is good loose-leaf Earl Grey tea, gin, ice and our G&Tea Cocktail Set. Put the leaves in the G&Tea filter basket, pour over gin and let it brew for a minute or so. To serve pour in your teacups, pop in a few ice blocks and stir.
Bond with an Appleberry Mulled Wine
All you need is 2 bottles of quality wine, 1l cloudy apple juice, 115g caster sugar, one long cinnamon stick, 2 star anise, 3 tbsp orange Cointreau, a handful of frozen berries, and 3 red-skinned apples carved in slices.
Pour the wine and apple juice into a large saucepan, add the sugar, cinnamon stick and star anise. Heat gently, stirring once or twice, until the sugar has dissolved, continually heating gently for another 15 minutes. Before serving, stir in orange Cointreau, throw in frozen fruits and add apple slices. Enjoy!
Gossip Over Apple Prosecco Punch
400ml cloudy apple juice, 750ml prosecco, 200ml vodka, juice 2 lemons, ice, 1 green apple finely sliced,1 lemon sliced. This cocktail takes some preparation, pour the apple juice, vodka and lemon juice into a punch bowl and chill for 1-2 hrs. When cocktail hour finally arrives add the prosecco, ice and apple and lemon slices to garnish.
Reminisce about The Good Old Days with This Old Fashioned Whisky Cocktail
2 tsp sugar syrup, 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters, a splash of water, 60ml Scotch whisky or bourbon, soda water (optional), and orange slice. To create this old-fashioned classic put the sugar, bitters and water in a small tumbler. Fill your glass with ice and stir in the whisky. Add a splash of soda water and garnish with the orange to serve.
